Established in 2016, Brow Boutique has been a pioneer in the beauty industry as the first Microblading specialist in the country. Over the years, we've had the honor of serving more than 11,000 satisfied customers, earning a reputation for precision and excellence.
Our journey began in Microblading, setting the standard for natural-looking eyebrow enhancements. Since then, we've expanded our offerings to include a full medical aesthetics clinic, a dedicated lash room, and an equipped training academy.

Brow Boutique's Owner & Master Artist - Jess Hollingdrake was recently announced as 1 of 10 artist's from around the globe that have been been selected for the 2023 AND 2024 Li Pigments Global PRO TEAM. This is a team of highly skilled, extremely talented cosmetic tattoo artists with the common goal of expanding the Permanent Makeup community, sharing knowledge and growing the industry.

PCASA - Permanent Cosmetic Association of South Africa - Full Member
The Permanent Cosmetic Association of South Africa (PCASA) is a chapter of The Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). PCASA is a nonprofit membership society for professionals within the permanent cosmetic industry aimed at the perfect execution of treatments on the part of its members, the advancement of skill and professional development by making training programmes of the highest standard available to its members on a continual basis, and public protection against poor conduct on the part of member industry professionals.
The SPCP was founded in 1990 and is the largest nonprofit association of its kind in, not only the United States of America, but also in the rest of the world. PCASA is the SPCP’s South African Chapter. It was established in 2011 and abides by the same Code of Ethics that the SPCP applies to set the industry standard for permanent cosmetic professionals.
SAAHSP - Professional Body for the Skin, Body & Nail Care Industry - Affiliate Member and Corporate Member
The SAAHSP Professional Body will be driven towards achieving quality education and training,
regulate industry standards to our code of ethics in the Beauty Health and Skincare industry.
The activities involved in such an exercise are guided by a Quality Management System.
SAAHSP was awarded Professional Body Status by SAQA (South African Quality Assurance Body
on the 19th March 2013. This provides SAAHSP members with Professional registration and Designations.

The studio is clean, organised and peaceful and I loved every minute I was there.

I needed a cover up done on previous microblading work done at a different establishment. Jess created a beautiful brow shape and then covered up my brows using her Signature Brows process, leaving me with beautiful eyebrows that still look natural despite being a cover up. I am so happy with the results and can’t wait for my 6 week touch up. The studio is gorgeous and clean, and the attention to detail and customer service really blew me away.

Brow Boutique offers a very professional service in their stylish and comfortable salon.
Jess is extremely talented at microblading and shading (I did both) and I can't get over how amazing my brows look. Having started with very patchy brows and not being the greatest at applying my own makeup, I now have great brows every day without having to make any effort. I also had lash enhancing eyeliner done by Aleesha (whose work is also amazing) and am delighted with this effect too. I was nervous to try these procedures at first (being semi-permanent and all) but definitely dont regret my decision.

Jess Hollingdrake is recognised as one of South Africa’s early pioneers in Microblading, having qualified internationally in Microblading, Permanent Makeup, Colour Theory, and Tattoo Removal. With years of hands-on experience, she has built a reputation for technical excellence, precision, and a deeply considered approach to cosmetic tattooing.
Jess holds advanced international qualifications in Permanent Makeup through Swiss Color and is a recognised Master Trainer in her field. Her work is grounded not only in artistry, but in a strong foundation of safety, education, and industry best practice

She is internationally certified in OSHA-compliant safe practices for tattoo artists, including Blood-borne Pathogens training, and holds a wide range of advanced certifications and makeup qualifications. Jess is a full member of PCASA and an Affiliate and Corporate Member of SAAHSP, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional standards, ethical practice, and continual development within the aesthetics industry.
